HOW IT WORKS
Raw Material Feeding → Mixing & Conveying → Cooking → Expansion → Shaping → Cutting
Inside the extruder, the twin screws apply controlled heat, pressure and mechanical shear to the material. As the product exits through the selected die, it expands and takes the required shape before being cut into uniform pieces.
